Google Account Information
When you install and use Forms Translator, we access your Google account email address solely to create and manage your user account for our service.
Google Forms Data
We access the content of the Google Form you are actively working on (titles, descriptions, questions, options) only to perform the translation you request. This data is sent to our translation API, processed, and returned. We do not store your form content after translation is complete.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data such as the number of translations performed, subscription status, and credit balance to manage your account.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the translation service you request.
- To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
- To process payments through our payment provider (Creem).
- To respond to support inquiries.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following:
AI Translation Service
Form content is sent to our AI API for translation and is not retained after processing.
Payment Provider (Creem)
Your email and payment details are shared to process transactions.
Authentication (Clerk)
Your email is used to manage your user account.
5. Data Retention
Form content is processed in real time and not stored. Account information (email, credit balance, subscription status) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions and secure authentication through Clerk.

- Uninstall the add-on at any time to revoke access.
8. Google API Services
Forms Translator's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
