We want you to be happy with TransAgent. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
Subscriptions
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Business subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of the renewal charge.
Credit Packs
Credit pack purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been used.
Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds. Credits do not expire, so you can use them at your own pace.
Free Credits
Free credits provided upon sign-up or through promotions have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.
Service Issues
If you experienced a technical issue that caused credits to be deducted without delivering a translation result, contact our support team. We will investigate and restore the credits to your account.
Refunds for service-quality issues (e.g., translation accuracy) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We're committed to making things right.
How to Request a Refund
