Account Information

When you create an account via Clerk, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture. This information is managed by Clerk and subject to their privacy policy.

Translation Content

Text, documents, images, and videos you submit for translation are processed in real time. We do not store your translation content after processing is complete. All content is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as translation language pairs, feature usage frequency, and error rates. This data helps us improve our service and does not include your actual content.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Creem. We never see or store your full credit card number. We only receive a transaction confirmation and your subscription status.

To provide, maintain, and improve our translation services.

To manage your account, process payments, and track credit usage.

To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, or support requests.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.

To generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve translation quality.

Translation content (text, documents, images, videos) is processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is delivered. We do not retain copies of your content.

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

Usage analytics are retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months.

Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data with service providers (Clerk for authentication, Creem for payments) only as necessary to operate the platform.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

We do not use your translation content to train AI models.
