Getting Started
Just visit the homepage and start typing. No account is needed for basic text translation. Sign up for free to get 3 credits and access document, image, and video translation.
TransAgent supports 130+ languages including all major world languages, regional languages, and many minority languages. We support automatic language detection for source text.

Translation
We are building support for: Documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, EPUB, TXT), Images (JPG, PNG, WebP), Videos (MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, MPEG), and Audio (MP3, WAV). Text translation is available now; document, image, and video translation are coming soon.
For documents, our goal is to preserve the original layout, fonts, and formatting as closely as possible. This feature is currently in development.
Yes, we are building video translation with options to add translated subtitles, AI-dubbed speech, and background music preservation. This feature is coming soon.
Planned limits: Documents and videos up to 500 MB per file. Images up to 20 MB per image, up to 30 images per batch.
Credits & Billing
Credits are consumed per translation. Text costs 1 credit per 1,000 characters, documents cost 1 credit per 500 characters, images cost 1 credit each, and video costs 1 credit per minute.
No. Purchased credits and credit-pack credits never expire. Subscription credits are replenished monthly but unused credits from the previous month do not carry over.
Visit the Pricing page and choose a credit pack (10, 50, or 200 credits) or subscribe to a plan for monthly credits. Payments are processed securely via Creem.
Yes. Subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Account
Go to your Dashboard, scroll to the bottom of account settings, and click "Delete Account". Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Account management is handled through Clerk. Click your avatar in the header and go to "Manage Account" to update your email, name, or profile picture.
API
We are building a REST API for all translation types. API access will be available on Pro and Business plans. Stay tuned for launch.
API documentation will be available on the API Docs page once the API launches, with endpoints, authentication guides, rate limits, and code examples.
