By installing or using Forms Translator ("the Service"), a Google Forms add-on operated by TransAgent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Forms Translator is an AI-powered add-on that translates Google Forms content into other languages. The Service requires a Google account and is accessed through the Google Forms editor.

• A user account is automatically created using your Google email when you first use the Service.
• New users receive a limited number of free translation credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased, or you may subscribe for unlimited translations.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@transagent.io for assistance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
• Share your account or credits with others.
• Use the Service to translate content that violates applicable laws.

Translations are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation. You are responsible for reviewing translated content before use.

You retain ownership of your form content. We claim no intellectual property rights over your forms or translations. The Service software, branding, and documentation remain our property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the add-on at any time.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
