Frequently Asked Questions

TransAgent supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Each image can be up to 20 MB. We recommend at least 150 DPI for optimal OCR accuracy.

Our planned pipeline has 3 stages: (1) OCR extracts text regions and their positions, (2) neural translation converts the text, (3) the translated text is rendered back into the image. This feature is currently in development.

Yes, we are building support for screenshots from apps, websites, and chat conversations.

We plan to support clearly written handwritten text, though accuracy may vary with handwriting style. Printed text will achieve the highest accuracy.

You can upload up to 30 images in a single batch. Each image costs 1 credit regardless of the amount of text it contains.
